I am a new customer of Hands-On web hosting and I am very impressed by the company so far.

They set up my account amazingly fast, gave me clear and easy instructions about the SSL procedure and set up xcart for me.
Everything was completed within about an hour and that's because I was the slow part of the process.

The servers here seems lighting fast - Perfect!
I can spend my time getting things done and not waiting for things to upload.

Keep it up Hands-On -- You have the best, friendliest and responsive web hosting company I have ever used in over 10 years of working on the internet.

You guys have the right product at the right price.

Sure there are "budget hosts" who may charge a couple less bucks but you get what you pay for and the price you charge is very fair for the high level of service you provide your customers. Having the option to be 1 of 12 on a server is the absolutely right level of service I needed and I couldn't find this option at other web hosts.

I do hope in the future some of the other companies and accounts I work with will move over to your hosting service.

Thanks for the kind words. Feel free to post your URL on there and possibly drive some business to your site too (if nothing else, maybe some google ranking!).

Also, we have an affiliate program, so if you are sending others to our service (which we hope will happen), please be sure to sign up on the affiliate so you can give them a link and receive a little kickback on the purchases of your clients. Of course, we urge you to evaluate our service for a few weeks prior to referring other customers. While we've been in the business for years, it's YOUR repuation that goes on the line when you recommend us to others.

If there's anything that you feel we are lacking, or can improve for our customers, please do not hesitate to let us know so we can work on it and improve it for everyone.

Happy to hear it Jeff.

While you're happy, there's still always room for improvement on our end. What would you like to see us improve on, or maybe introduce a new product or service?

I know Phone Support is a big request from a number of people, but logistically speaking it's a nightmare to pull off as all our staff are in remote locations. So other than Phone Support, what other angle should we attack to improve for you and others here at Hands-on?!
